All trees come without any success warranty. We take excellent care of all the stock, but there are too many variables that are out of our control once the trees leave our possession.
There are many reasons we don't offer that service. The two main reasons are plant survival and pricing. Different varieties of trees require different handling, and should only be planted during certain times of the year. That coupled with the ever-changing inventory, order sizes, packaging, tax rates and exemptions, and many other factors, getting a website to calculate the perfect price would be nearly impossible. So, here at Five Needle Pines you will always talk to a live person that works at our farm when you call us.
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please reach out to us ASAP so we can get the situation resolved. We cannot accept returns due to the risk of transferring pests, and for the overall health of the plant.
